Job Description

Galaxy Dental, a full-service general dental clinic, is hiring a Dental Administrator. Ideal candidates have dental administration experience, strong communication, and professional customer care. Available full- or part-time shifts: Mon–Thu 11:00–19:00; Fri–Sun 09:00–17:00. Job types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent. Pay: $18.00–$25.00 per hour. Benefits: casual dress, dental care, extended health, RRSP match, and vision care. Preferred: 1 year as a dental receptionist. Work location: in person. Responsibilities include patient scheduling, front-desk administration, billing support, and assisting clinical staff to ensure excellent patient experience.
