Job Description
We are seeking a Dental Accounts Manager to oversee billing, insurance claims, and client accounts for our dental practice network. Responsible for managing accounts receivable, coordinating with insurance providers, optimizing coding and reimbursement, preparing financial reports, and training staff. Requires 3+ years in dental billing or healthcare finance, strong knowledge of dental coding and insurance policies, excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with practice management software. Ability to analyze account trends, reduce denials, and improve cash flow. Competitive salary and benefits in a collaborative team environment.
