Job Description

We are seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to forecast product demand, collaborate with sales and supply teams, and optimize inventory levels. Responsibilities include analyzing historical sales data, creating demand plans, performing statistical forecasting, identifying trends, and supporting S&OP processes. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in demand planning or supply chain, strong Excel and forecasting tool skills (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis), an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
