Job Description

Top Hat Home Comfort Services is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for our accounting department. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Entering customer and vendor invoices into our accounting software.
• Archiving processed documents.
• Typing inspection reports and estimates.
• Assisting accounts receivable and payable clerks with additional duties as needed.

Required Skills:

• Accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour day shift, in-person work.
