Job Description
Are you interested in working for a Tour Operator? Caribe Sol is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Reservations Agent to respond to travel advisor inquiries, provide necessary information, and make reservations. A diploma from a tourism school or relevant work experience is required. Bilingual in French and English is essential. Knowledge of TTS and OPC certifications are preferred.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and customer service skills are essential.
