Job Description

Overview:

True North Soap Bar Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and assist customers

– Wrap soaps and other products

– Maintain store cleanliness

– Work independently

– Upsell products when appropriate

– Ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
