Job Description
Lennox International (NYSE: LII) is seeking a Customer Service Training Supervisor to join our dedicated team. With a legacy of 130 years in HVAC and refrigeration, we pride ourselves on providing innovative climate-control solutions for our customers.
In this role, you will oversee training programs for customer service representatives and supervisors. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in communication and customer service. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and SAP is essential.
