Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support while promoting our products and services.
Your key responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with sales transactions. You will also be tasked with maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong desire to learn about our offerings. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
