Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Assist customers with product inquiries
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Update customer information in the database
- Communicate effectively via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve issues promptly with professionalism
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Preferred: 1 year customer service experience
Hours: Monday-Friday, 12 PM-8 PM; Saturday, 10 AM-5 PM
Location: 93 6th St., New Westminster, BC
Pay: $33,500.00-$65,106.27 per year
