Job Description
GOPLEX e-karting+ is the largest indoor electric karting and multisport simulator center on the South Shore of Montreal. We are seeking an efficient and courteous Customer Service Representative with excellent management skills to join our dynamic and passionate team.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (English and French)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- A team-oriented mindset
- Resourcefulness, autonomy, and initiative
- Comfortable working with various applications and computer systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00 to $17.50 per hour
