Job Description

Job Summary: As an Order Entry/Customer Associate at Glamour Hair Salon and Barber Shop, you will manage customer orders, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input customer orders and ensure timely processing.
• Schedule and manage client appointments.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Coordinate with stylists and barbers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and multitasking abilities.

Pay: $22.34-$26.86 per hour. Expected hours: 20 per week.
