Job Description

Chola Chai Cafe and Juice Bar is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier. You will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service while managing transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with inquiries.
• Operate the POS system accurately.
• Maintain a clean checkout area.
• Upsell products to enhance the shopping experience.
• Supervise junior staff when needed.
