Job Description

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for coordinating Front End operations to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and driving customer loyalty while complying with company programs and maintaining operational standards.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safe work processes, addressing customer and associate concerns, monitoring Front End associates, providing training, overseeing transactions, ensuring EAS system functionality, preparing registers, and promoting company programs.
