Job Description
Trusted Accounting & Tax Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include directing daily operations, evaluating performance, procuring merchandise, and developing effective marketing strategies. You’ll also plan budgets and monitor revenue and expenses while supervising a team of 3-4 people.
