Job Description
We are seeking passionate, versatile, and motivated individuals to join our team at Illumi, providing exceptional customer service to all site visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at various site locations.
- Assist, direct, and respond to customer requests as needed.
- Validate tickets at the entrance of the course.
- Make product sales.
- Manage cash registers.
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service is an asset.
- Desire to work in a dynamic environment.
- Motivated team player.
- Bilingual (French and English) preferred.
- Availability to work variable hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.
