Job Description
ARV Cross Training Fitness Centre Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a secondary school graduation certificate and possess strong communication skills to address customers’ complaints and inquiries effectively.
Key responsibilities include arranging billing for services, processing refunds and credits, explaining service options and costs, issuing receipts, maintaining records, and performing general office duties. Experience in customer service is an asset.
This is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week, with English as the working language.
