Job Description

The Centre for Continuing Education at John Abbott College is seeking qualified instructors for the Winter 2025 term. The program, Nunavik Sivunitsavut, is designed for Inuit students and will run from January 13, 2025, to May 9, 2025.

We are looking for candidates to teach the course: 504-NSO-AB, ‘Cultural Exploration for Nunavimmiut’. Applicants must have a relevant degree or diploma along with considerable teaching experience, ideally within Inuit communities.

Preferred qualifications include bilingualism in English and Inuktitut and a profound understanding of Inuit culture and pedagogy.
