Job Description
As a Counselor, Sexual Violence Education, you will develop and deliver prevention education, facilitate workshops, provide trauma-informed counseling and crisis intervention, and support survivors while maintaining confidentiality. You will collaborate with campus and community partners to design curricula, conduct outreach, and evaluate program effectiveness. Required: master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience), training in trauma-informed care, strong communication and assessment skills, and the ability to manage sensitive cases with empathy. This role may include flexible hours and on-call responsibilities.
