Position Summary: The Store Key Holder assists the Store Manager and Supervisor in the daily operations of the business.
Duties include:
- Managing staff in the absence of the Store Manager
- Coaching and motivating employees
- Processing cash transactions
- Ensuring store cleanliness
- Maintaining a safe work environment
Qualifications: Proven leadership, strong communication skills, detail-oriented, and retail experience is an asset.
