Job Description
The Express, an Italian eatery, is currently seeking a talented Cook to join our team. Candidates should have a Secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determining food portion sizes and costs
- Planning menus and estimating food requirements
- Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes
- Managing food allergies and intolerances
- Training kitchen staff
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
This is a permanent position requiring 30 to 40 hours of work per week. Professional fluency in English is required.
