Job Description
Rockies and River Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team. No degree or certificate is required, but we prefer candidates with 5+ years of restaurant experience. The ideal candidate should determine food portion sizes, plan menus, requisition supplies, and prepare meals and individual dishes.
Knowledge of Szechuan cuisine is a plus. Candidates must be dependable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
