Job Description

We are seeking a Conveyancer to join our team. This position offers a collegial and supportive work environment with flexibility to meet your needs.

General Responsibilities:

• Review commercial contracts and property agreements
• Prepare documents for property acquisitions and sales
• Attend to the registration of documents
• Conduct due diligence searches and provide summaries
• Liaise with internal and external parties
• Assist with other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, excellent organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.

We offer competitive pay from $65,00 to $85,00 annually.
