Job Description

Join us as a CONTRACT Complex Care Worker providing personalized support to adults with complex physical, cognitive, and behavioral needs. You will implement individual care plans, assist with medication, mobility, daily living tasks, and monitor health changes while collaborating with nurses, therapists, and families. The role requires empathy, strong communication, accurate documentation, crisis de-escalation skills, and flexibility for shift work. Qualifications: relevant certification or diploma in health/social care, minimum 1–2 years’ experience with complex needs, up-to-date background check, and valid driver’s license preferred.
