Job Description
Rex Stucco Ltd is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include preparing project budget estimates, recruiting and supervising staff and subcontractors, planning construction schedules, and ensuring quality control. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and managing material purchases.
The position requires supervision of 5-10 team members and is a permanent role with a commitment of 40 hours per week. Proficiency in English is essential.
