Job Description
Brilliance Homes Balzac Inc. is seeking dedicated Construction Helpers to join our team. No specific degree or diploma is required. Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, assisting in construction tasks, cleaning sites, and managing traffic. This physically demanding role involves handling weights up to 50 lbs.
We value reliability, flexibility, and teamwork. Experience in construction is preferred but not mandatory. This is a permanent position offering 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
