Job Description

J.A.M Paving is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Foreman / Forewoman to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and do not require a specific degree, certificate, or diploma.

Key responsibilities include recommending measures to improve productivity, resolving work problems, estimating costs and materials, preparing production reports, coordinating activities, supervising workers, and training staff. Strong client focus and excellent oral communication skills are essential.

This is a permanent position, requiring 30 to 44 hours of English-speaking work per week.
