Job Description
Job Summary: As a Property Manager at Smooth Property Management, you will oversee the daily operations of residential or commercial properties, ensuring excellent maintenance and tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage properties efficiently and respond to tenant inquiries.
- Coordinate maintenance and conduct property inspections.
- Oversee leasing activities and prepare property budgets.
Qualifications: 1 year of property management experience required. CMRAO License preferred. Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cambridge, ON N1R 3E3
Expected Start Date: January 1, 2025
