Job Description
Clutch Property Solutions Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Condo Document Reviewer to join our team on a casual, contract basis. This remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to work on your schedule, including evenings and weekends, as long as deadlines are met.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing condominium documents, identifying key details and risks, and preparing concise summary reports for our clients. Strong reading comprehension and previous experience with condominium or legal documents are preferred.
This position offers an hourly pay range of $20.00 – $30.00, with an expected workload of 2 to 20 hours per week.
