Job Description
Les Appartements du Square-Angus is seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our maintenance team. Under the supervision of the maintenance manager, you will be responsible for keeping our facilities in excellent condition. Your main duties will include:
- Vacuuming dining areas, corridors, and lobbies
- Cleaning stairwells
- Washing carpets in common areas
- Cleaning both interior and exterior windows
- Maintaining elevators
- Cleaning restrooms and pool locker rooms
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team
- Capacity to lift heavy loads
- Basic knowledge in electricity and plumbing
- Strong interpersonal skills
Salary: $20.04 – $21.98 per hour, with weekend and evening bonuses.
