Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Collection Agent to join our team. Responsibilities include contacting customers for outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records.
Duties:
– Make collection calls through phone, email, or mail
– Investigate accounts and recommend actions
– Document collection activities
– Utilize Quickbooks for account tracking
– Assist Bookkeeper with adjustments
Qualifications:
– Experience in accounts receivable
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Proficiency in Quickbooks
– Basic math and data entry skills
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
