Job Description
Bloor Park Physiotherapy is seeking an energetic and experienced Office Administrator to join our busy multi-disciplinary clinic. The Clinic Administrator will play a crucial role in collaborating with clinicians and ensuring high-quality customer service for our patients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage phone inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and organize patient charts.
- Address patient queries while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer-oriented communication skills.
- Availability on Saturdays and for additional hours during the week.
- Experience with JaneApp and MVA patients is a plus.
