This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to work directly with clients and Care Pros across Richmond, North Delta, and Central Surrey. You’ll use your expertise and energy to manage client relationships, lead care consultations, and conduct quality assurance visits, all while helping us expand our market reach through networking and relationship-building.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct care consultations with clients and their families, creating personalized care plans that make a lasting impact
  • Lead client-Care Pro introductions and ensure ongoing satisfaction through regular Quality Assurance visits
  • Step in to provide direct care when needed, ensuring continuity of care and staying actively engaged in our mission to serve seniors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Care Pros, and key community contacts to help expand our client base
  • Drive growth while maintaining the highest standards of care and service
  • Take a positive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving, inspiring those around you with your upbeat attitude and strong work ethic
  • Lead the Client Care department to achieve growth through analysis of KPI’s and guidance

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A motivated, outgoing leader who takes pride in their work and views challenges as exciting opportunities for growth
  • At least 2 years of experience in home care, senior care, or healthcare (RN, LPN, HCA, Social Worker, Gerontology or similar experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience working with seniors, especially those with dementia, mobility issues, or personal care needs (including transfers and lifts)
  • A self-starter who is goal-oriented, dependable, and eager to take on a long-term role with growth potential
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, comfortable driving regularly within Surrey, North Delta, and Richmond
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily with clients, families, and Care Pros
  • Someone who approaches challenges by rolling up their sleeves

Key Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
  • Able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends as needed. Standard schedule will run from Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday.
  • Comfortable working in clients’ homes, community care settings, and our head office in Richmond
  • Clear criminal background check
