Job Description

Ikos Property Maintenance Inc is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high school graduation certificate and 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include hiring and training cleaning staff, supervising their activities, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.

The successful applicant will prepare budgets, estimate costs, and coordinate additional services. Aerial lift and WHMIS certifications are required. This is a permanent position with a 30-hour work week. English is the primary work language.
