Position Summary: The Cleaner is responsible for cleaning duties within a residential multi-family setting, reporting to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and polish floors
• Pick up garbage and vacuum
• Dust furniture and appliances
• Clean vacant suites for new tenants

Requirements: Experience in cleaning, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass a security clearance.
