Job Description
The Civil Inspector 2 will oversee field inspection of civil construction projects, verifying work against drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include performing site inspections, documenting findings, supervising material and workmanship testing, coordinating corrective actions with contractors, and preparing progress reports. Candidates should have an associate degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 2 years of inspection experience, knowledge of local building codes, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Valid safety certification and ability to work on-site are required.
