Job Description
We are hiring a Carpenter Foreman to lead on-site carpentry teams, oversee project schedules, ensure quality craftsmanship, and maintain safety standards. Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, assigning tasks, training and mentoring carpenters, coordinating materials, and conducting inspections to meet deadlines and specifications. Minimum five years carpentry experience with two or more years supervisory experience preferred. Must have strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
