Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations, greet guests, answer phones, handle inquiries, and sort mail.

Duties:

• Welcome and assist guests
• Direct visitors accordingly
• Manage incoming calls
• Maintain a tidy reception area
• Sort and distribute mail
• Perform clerical duties as needed

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
