Job Description
We seek a Café Manager with a secondary school diploma and 3–5 years’ experience to lead our Beacon Hill team. You will manage budgets, cost control, menu pricing, inventory, supplier negotiations, staffing and recruitment, daily operations, event management, customer concerns and performance monitoring. The role assists newcomers and refugees with settlement and labour-market integration and advances Indigenous inclusion through mentorship, community partnerships and cultural competency training. Permanent position, English required, 30 hours per week.
