Job Description
Reimagined Parking is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Insurance professional to join our team as a Business Analyst. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical and communication skills and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and document business requirements
- Create customer-focused documentation for software solutions
- Facilitate design discussions and assist technical teams
- Provide testing, training, and customer support
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years in Insurance Software or Insurance industries
- Experience with Microsoft Office and project management platforms
