Job Description
We are hiring a Building Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, safety, and vendor coordination for a commercial or residential property. You will supervise staff, schedule repairs, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and respond promptly to tenant concerns.
Requirements: 3+ years of facilities or property management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, basic budgeting and knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
