Job Description
Macro Realty & Management Ltd. is seeking a Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance workers and projects across various locations, including commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate must have a high school graduation certificate and between 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include coordinating activities, ordering materials, and supervising teams of up to 10 people. Candidates must have access to their own transportation and be able to work under pressure.
This is a permanent position, requiring 40 to 44 hours of work per week, with English as the primary working language.
