Job Description
The Boutique Manager is responsible for implementing the company’s policies and procedures. Their involvement in achieving objectives, merchandising tasks, and mentoring team members is crucial to maintaining the quality of work and customer service we require.
Key responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, understanding products, and fostering customer and staff loyalty.
Work schedule is primarily Tuesday to Saturday, from opening to closing, with some flexibility for Mondays. Hours may change during holidays and VIP events.
