Job Description
AIMS Group is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a college degree or equivalent experience, with 1 to 2 years in a bookkeeping role. Responsibilities include calculating payroll cheques, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks, and spreadsheets is essential. The role demands attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on client needs. This is a permanent position requiring 37.5 hours per week.
