Job Description

Company: Nu Look Salon & Spa Inc

Education: College/CEGEP

Tasks:

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Keep financial records and maintain various accounts using bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience
• Knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, QuickBooks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week
