Job Description
MS Integrity is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper with at least 3 years of experience in QuickBooks and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, responsible, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize QuickBooks Accounting Software for payroll processing.
- Manage administrative tasks such as sorting mail, creating invoices, and performing account reconciliations.
- Maintain office filing systems and monitor transactions.
- Assist with daily operations as an administrative assistant.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Requirements:
- 3 years of bookkeeping experience in Canada.
- 3 years of experience with QuickBooks.
