- Seeking a highly motivated Property Accountant with a “Can do” attitude.
- Bilingual candidates (French & English) preferred, excellent organizational skills, and multitasking ability are required.
- Proficiency in technology and software like Yardi (Breeze or Voyager), Proprio Expert, or Hopem Primo Residential is an asset.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information.
- Maintain accurate rent rolls and billing processes.
- Collaborate with financial personnel and assist with office tasks.
