Job Description

Our client, The Sweibel Family Office in Montreal, is looking for a motivated Bookkeeper to manage financial records and assist with administrative tasks. This role involves accounting, loans reconciliation, and managing sales tax filings (GST/QST) for various companies. The successful candidate will support key personnel with daily tasks and financial reporting.

Qualifications include a BAC in Accounting, proven bookkeeping experience, understanding of GAAP, and familiarity with sales tax filings. Knowledge of Jonas Premier or Sage is a plus, as well as real estate knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
