Job Description

Position: Bookkeeper

Education: College/CEGEP

Experience: 1 to less than 2 years

Tasks:

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance accounts using manual and computerized systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries and prepare financial reports
• Prepare tax returns and trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts

Work Term: Permanent

Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week
