Job Description

Must live in Hamilton Area. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for our small office of three staff members. This position requires availability from Monday to Thursday, with some Fridays, totaling 28 hours per week. The pay range is $25-$32 per hour, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will manage monthly bookkeeping for a group of Condo Corporations and rentals, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable using PAP Systems. Familiarity with Office 365, Shiftsuite, Maximizer, and Sparpay is essential. The role also involves filing and other administrative duties, requiring someone who can work independently and is goal-oriented.
