Job Description
Dena Beauty Salon is currently seeking a receptionist who represents our salon with great professionalism and a passion for creating an excellent customer experience. The Salon Receptionist will manage front desk responsibilities, including answering inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greet customers courteously.
- Address clients’ inquiries about salon services.
- Schedule appointments efficiently.
- Provide general information about salon services.
- Resolve client concerns effectively.
- Offer guidance on salon products.
Experience:
- 3 years of customer service (required).
- 1 year in the beauty industry (required).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
